  • Red gel food coloring (for sugar blood)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, chopped white chocolate, and mini chocolate chips. Heat over medium-low while stirring until melted and simmering; avoid boiling.
  3. Stir in red food coloring to achieve the desired tint. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
  4. For the sugar blood rim: Cook corn syrup, water, and sugar over medium heat until it reaches 300°F. Add red gel food coloring and dip glass rims into the mixture before letting them harden.
