  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  • 23 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Gently place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Cool under cold water before peeling.
  2. Prepare the veggies & fruit: While the eggs cook, slice the kiwi and tomato. Finely chop cauliflower florets.
  3. Assemble the plate: On a serving plate, arrange slices of kiwi and tomato alongside chopped cauliflower. Add parsley leaves, feta cubes, and olives around these colorful ingredients. Place halved eggs in the center.
  4. Season & garnish: Sprinkle chili flakes over eggs if desired. Garnish with black sesame seeds and add salt and pepper to taste.
