  3. Gradually add warm vegetable broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until absorbed (about 20 minutes).
  4. Once creamy and al dente, stir in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  5. Remove from heat; fold in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
