  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (10-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sear for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt butter. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and milk; whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in Velveeta and mozzarella cheeses until melted. Combine with cooked pasta until well coated.
  5. Serve chicken alongside cheesed pasta; garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
