  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove seeds (keep some for more heat).

  4. Generously fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
