  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir in cooked chicken and optional frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter until fluffy. Spoon this over the chicken layer in the baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
