  • 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon along with beef broth and seasonings.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in butter until melted before serving hot.
